WHAT TO SEND
A quotation-ready OEM brief
Product specification
Product type, material, attachment or base, length, color, texture, weight, density and performance target.
Compare extension options →Brand presentation
Logo files, packaging reference, labels, barcodes, inserts, pack assortment and master-carton requirements.
Open the OEM checklist →Commercial plan
Sample quantity, expected first order, target market, destination, launch timing and forecast reorder pattern.
Plan the MOQ →APPROVAL ROUTE
Approve product and packaging as separate controls
An attractive logo does not approve hair performance, and an acceptable hair sample does not approve printed packaging. Record both approvals, identify the physical references and connect them to the production order.
FIRST-ORDER PLANNING
Compare the minimums before building your range
Confirm the total product minimum separately from minimums per shade, length and printed packaging design. Product availability, sample charges, development costs and production timing are reviewed with the matched supplier; a planning MOQ is not a guaranteed offer.
Tape-in collections
Specify tab dimensions, pieces per pack, net hair weight, replacement-tape compatibility and the approved removal routine.
Review wholesale tape-in extensions →Genius weft collections
Specify track length and profile, weight basis, color blend, return hair and construction-specific cutting instructions.
Review wholesale genius wefts →US and European brand briefs
Provide your destination, intended sales channel, physical shade references and pack copy. Confirm import responsibilities and destination requirements with your importer before approving artwork.

Are you the factory or a sourcing partner?
StrandGate Hair is a sourcing desk for the Juancheng hair industry. The production route and supplier capability are reviewed against your brief; agree the supplier identity, specification and commercial responsibilities before ordering.
Can I mix shades and lengths in my first order?
Mixing depends on the material, construction, color route and packaging. Request written minimums per SKU and a proposed allocation; do not assume a total MOQ applies to every combination.
What do I need for a private-label quotation?
Send the extension system, material requirements, lengths, shade references, count and weight per pack, quantities by SKU, packaging, destination and launch timing. Sample and packaging approval are separate steps.
Have a reference sample, color ring or packaging file?
Describe your references in the form. We can arrange how to share files during follow-up.
